I've not been in outer space though to be fair I might as well have been. I lost a lot of people, you see. One could be considered an accident, two is careless, but what about 8? Including your best friend and both your parents? That is a total mind fuck. It is not surprising really that while my mind was being fucked six ways from sunday, my body was having very little of it.
I tried to keep going with this as much as I could, but with all the death, the health decline that accompanied it and the small matter of a PhD I am in the middle of, something had to give. Unfortunately it was my sex drive and my way of writing about it. I was in proper burn out.
I still am, but I am doing things to address that. I have taken a year long study break, I am dealing with my health issues and yeah, starting to feel sexy again...
So I am back. And I want to say a few thank yous.
